Kseniya Dedyukhina, Master of Sports of Russia in kettlebell lifting, represents Chelyabinsk region.
Kseniya was born on May, 30, 1990. in Bakal city, Chelyabinsk region. She studied at school with distinction, was involved in track and field quite successfully. At the age of 15 Kseniya started doing kettlebell lifting under the guidance of her father and first coach Igor Dedyukhin.
After school Kseniya entered to the Chelyabinsk State Agroengineering University and continued training under guidance of Ivan Denisov, MSWC. Now Kseniya is in her third university year.
For the first time Kseniya performed the Master of Sports of Russia rank at the Championship of Russia 2009 in Saint - Petersburg. On the Cup of Russia in September 2009 Kseniya set a new record of Russia up to 60 kilograms in kettlebell snatch 24 kg-120reps.
For her sporting career Kseniya Dedyukhina became twice champion of Europe (2008; 2009), Champion of Russia (2009), the winner of the Cup of Russia (2009), the championship winner of Russia, Europe and the World among girls (2008).
Personal sporting achievements in snatch: 16 kg kettlebells - 222 reps, 24 kg kettlebells - 120 reps.
